Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:35 PM by the Club President, who welcomed members and guests.
Opening
The opening prayer was said, followed by the recitation of the Four-Way Test.
Adoption of Agenda
The agenda for the meeting was presented and adopted unanimously.
Review of Previous Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting held on 8 January 2026 were reviewed and adopted without amendments.
Matters Arising
Follow-up on the Star Project – Club House Building was discussed.
Update on membership drive progress was noted.
Committee Reports
Projects Committee
The committee provided updates on ongoing community health outreach plans scheduled for February 2026.
Membership Committee
Two prospective members were introduced and will be invited to subsequent meetings.
Finance Committee
The Treasurer presented a brief financial update and reminded members of outstanding dues.
New Business
Discussion on participation in upcoming District events.
Proposal to organize a youth leadership workshop in the second quarter of the Rotary year.
Resolutions
It was resolved that the Club House Building Committee will submit a detailed progress report at the next meeting.
Approval was given to commence planning for the youth leadership workshop.
