Health Awareness Outreach & Nutrition Seminar

As part of activities to mark Disease Prevention & Treatment Month, Rotary Club of Agege organised a free Health Awareness Outreach session for the staff of our host community – Lagos Airport Hotel.
The session provided free medical tests that covered Malaria; Blood Pressure; Blood Sugar; Hepatitis B & C; HIV; Syphilis
The Outreach session was followed by a special club fellowship that incorporated a talk on Nutrition with the title “Everyday Nutrition: Making Better Choices for Long-Term Health”
The Speaker was Mrs. Oluwatoyin Jeleelat Adele, Asst. HOD, Nutrition & Dietetics Dept., Gbagada General Hospital
The health talk was fun, factual and well received by those present.
